These Terms of Service define the conditions for accessing and using the NudgeTask SaaS platform, published by NUDGETASK (the Publisher).
Accessing and using the platform constitutes the user’s full, complete and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
NudgeTask is a SaaS platform for managing tasks, projects and collaborative workflows, incorporating advanced automation, artificial intelligence, scheduling, smart reminders, third-party integrations and content generation.
The platform is accessible through a web browser.
Platform: the NudgeTask website and services.
User: any natural or legal person using the platform.
Account: the personal space created by the user.
Workspace: a collaborative workspace attached to a subscription.
AI Credits (Nudgy Power): units used to access artificial intelligence features.
Subscription: a paid plan providing access to platform features.
Access requires creating a user account, supplying accurate information and accepting these Terms.
The user is solely responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Any connection through their account is presumed to have been made by that user.
When registering, the user agrees to provide accurate, complete and current information.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account containing false information and to refuse platform access in the event of abuse, fraud or unlawful conduct.
The user agrees to use NudgeTask in good faith, in compliance with the law and these Terms.
It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for illegal purposes, circumvent technical limitations, attempt to extract source code, deliberately overload servers, exploit the service for fraudulent purposes, or resell, rent or transfer access without written authorization.
Certain features are only accessible through a paid subscription. Pricing is specified on the website.
Subscriptions are purchased for a monthly or annual term, renew automatically unless cancelled, and are billed in advance. Any period that has started is payable.
Payment, cancellation and refund conditions are specified in the Terms of Sale.
Artificial intelligence features use a monthly credit system. Credits are attached to a subscription and renewed monthly. They do not accumulate. Their quantity depends on the selected plan. Each AI action consumes a variable number of credits depending on the request.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify credit usage rules to maintain service stability.
Some templates may be offered for individual purchase.
AI-generated content is provided as assistance. The user remains solely responsible for verifying it, ensuring its legal compliance and deciding its final use.
The entire platform, including its architecture, features, design, code, text, visuals and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, exploitation, modification or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
The user retains all rights to their data. They nevertheless authorize NUDGETASK to host, process and back up this data to provide the service.
Processing is performed in accordance with the GDPR. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
The Publisher strives to maintain optimal availability. However, the service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or security reasons.
No compensation may be claimed for temporary unavailability.
Use of the platform is at the user’s sole responsibility.
The Publisher cannot be held liable for data loss due to misuse, errors related to AI-generated content or indirect losses, including loss of business, revenue or opportunity.
The Publisher’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the user over the preceding twelve months.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal space. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
