Social account management for your team

A campaign can involve several networks and several accounts. NudgeTask brings your organization's social connections together so you can find the right destination when preparing and publishing content.

Connect the page, profile or channel that will publish

Open your organization's integrations, choose a network and follow its connection process. Depending on the platform, you select a specific resource, such as a Facebook Page, a LinkedIn profile or a YouTube channel.

Check the account name and handle shown. That destination matters when several brands use the same network. You manage the network's connection to your organization in this space, separately from your personal sign-in to NudgeTask.

Find your organization's connections in one place

Each social account belongs to an organization. Its details bring together the platform, account, connection status and member who connected it. The team has a shared starting point for preparing publications.

If your team works across several organizations, first select the one associated with the campaign. You can then find its accounts, projects and content. This habit helps you check the brand involved before choosing a publishing destination.

Resolve a reconnection before the next publication

When a connection needs to be restored, its status indicates this and an authorized member can reconnect the account. The resource remains identifiable in the organization, so you can restore the connection for that account.

When the member who established a connection leaves the organization, their authorization is removed. Another authorized member can reconnect the resource. Before a campaign, check the accounts you need and any reconnection alerts.

Move from a connected account to a ready publication

In Publish, prepare the text and media, then choose the publication's destinations. Formats, permissions and delivery settings depend on the network and account selected. Use each integration page to prepare the content for that destination.

Review each version alongside its destination: text, link, media, account and date. After sending, use the publication status to follow the result. An active connection is one step in the process; each publication has its own delivery status.

Example: preparing a shop's social campaign

In this illustrative scenario, a shop is preparing to introduce a collection on Instagram and its Facebook Page. The person responsible connects both accounts to the organization and checks their names before the team prepares the content.

The project holds the photos, copy and review tasks. When it is time to publish, the team chooses both destinations and adapts each version to the relevant format. This example shows a process to reproduce with your own accounts and content.
