Connection and destination

In organization settings, choose Discord and connect a Discord server and channel where publishing is permitted. Connection depends on granted permissions and provider availability in your workspace.

Check the displayed destination before preparing content. When managing multiple brands, the network logo alone is not enough.

Prepare content

For a release announcement, describe the change, who it affects and where to read the details. Review links and mentions, and check that the selected destination is the one intended for the announcement.

The editor shows network-specific options. Check file warnings, required fields and preview before scheduling. Not every native effect or feature is available through an integration.

Schedule and verify the result

Choose a date and timezone after approval. At the scheduled time, check delivery status and the published link. Editorial planning and the network result are separate states.

Check the server, channel and integration permissions. This connection publishes to a channel, not arbitrary private messages.

Recover a blocked publication

If the account needs reconnection, restore permissions and read the error. Before retrying, check whether the post already exists on the network.
