Define content and destinations
Prepare a version per network: text, media, account and goal. The same topic can become a TikTok video, Instagram carousel and LinkedIn post. Files and options must fit the destination.
Fictional example: for a Thursday launch, prepare a preview on Tuesday, demonstration on Thursday and questions post on Friday. Each calendar row has an owner and status.
Approve before scheduling
Collect comments on the exact version. A price or image change after approval needs review. Set a deadline and backup reviewer.
Editorial status and delivery status answer different questions: “Is this content accepted?” and “Was it sent to the network?” Check both.
Choose a timezone and check delivery
Set the campaign timezone and verify the displayed time after scheduling. For an international campaign, also record the audience’s local time.
After delivery, check each destination’s status and published link. If authorization expired, reconnect the account and check whether the post exists before retrying. A late response should not be confused with a definite failure.
What Publish and MCP provide
Publish lets you prepare and schedule posts for connected accounts. Options differ by network, account type, granted permissions and plan.
NudgeTask’s MCP server currently exposes ten reading tools. An external agent can inspect campaign tasks and prepare a summary. Scheduling posts through that MCP access is not available.
