Social media content workflows for agencies

A campaign begins with client context and ends with verified publications. NudgeTask connects those stages through projects, Nudgy, Studio and planning.

A project per campaign or brand

Centralize the client brief, references and tasks in the project. Define naming conventions and keep media links with the content to produce.

For clients requiring strict access separation, use separate organizations and check each membership. A project label should not be treated as a confidentiality boundary.

Prepare without losing the client’s voice

Give Nudgy approved examples, permitted facts and wording to avoid. Review the proposal before producing media in Studio.

Keep a list of unconfirmed items: prices, launch date, image rights and link destinations. Generated copy is not client approval.

Check cost and access

Plans belong to an organization. The owner is included; additional users, social accounts, storage and credits depend on the chosen configuration. Calculate the complete setup on the pricing page.

Test a campaign with actual agency and client roles. NudgeTask does not promise an anonymous client portal, white labelling or consolidated billing across organizations here.
